Where are we located?
LipLash Organic Spa is located on the southern tip of the One Loudoun area in Ashburn, VA. From Rt 7, head south on Loudoun County Pkwy about 0.75 mile. Turn right on Malden PL just after passing Marblehead Dr. We’re in the 3rd/newest of 3 buildings on the right.
Which building are we in?
LipLash is located in the 3rd/newest of 3 buildings. (As a reference, “NOVA Plastic Surgery” and “A Wink & A Smile” are both in the 2nd/center building.) We’re on the 2nd floor to the right as you step off the elevator.
Where can I park when visiting LipLash?
We have a large parking lot behind the building with spots very close to the backside entrance of the building which includes several disabled parking spots.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday thru Saturday (10AM - 7PM), and closed on Sundays.
How far in advance should I call to reserve my appointment?
For most services, we recommend calling us at least 2 hours in advance to reserve appointments for 1-2 clients. For microblading & microshading services, please call 24-48 hours in advance.
If something comes up, can I cancel my appointment?
Without question. Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you call us 24 hours (preferably) in advance, but no less than 6 hours in advance. Doing so allows our technicians to offer those timeslots to our other clients (wait lists or walk-ins).
Can I reserve your location for my private party or special event?
Absolutely. To reserve LipLash for large parties or events, please call us at least 2 weeks in advance to allow us plenty of time to help coordinate. We do require a partial deposit upfront. With advance notice we can often support Sunday events for those special occasions.
How long will my service(s) take?
Our Services page displays each service with an “estimated” duration. Times may vary depending on your particular service and any special needs.
How can I make an appointment?
You can either call by phone or book online (from our website, our Facebook or your account on the Fresha app).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

Customer/Technician Safety and COVID-19
We take the safety and health of our customers and technicians very seriously, pandemic or not. To that end, our new facility includes a state of the art, hospital-grade and energy-efficient RenewAire air purification system. This is in addition to our existing AC filtration system. Additional pre-cautions include:
UV-C & steam sterilization of tools & instruments
Chairs & equipment are disinfected/cleaned regularly and after each client
We are “By Appointment”
Temperature checks upon arrival
All technicians wear masks & gloves
Hand sanitizer, masks & gloves are always available for our customers
Acrylic separating panels are used where possible
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a type of cosmetic tattooing. It is a manual method where pigment is inserted into the skin in hair-like strokes so the results are natural looking and beautiful. This is a common technique, but it is not always suitable for everyone. A natural look can still be achieved with other techniques, which is something we will help you decide!
